I haven't done a piece on gratitude, I don't think. I forget what I write and often loop. (repeat myself or certain images) Although maybe it is just within my writing.
I would say that to me gratitude is just a way of being. I can feel gratitude to just feel whatever is coming through.
Or just noticing something simple like the warmth of the sun on my skin or in the breeze through my window.
I'm also thinking of Erich Fromm's words about love:
"Love is not primarily a relationship to a specific person; it is an attitude, an ordination of character which determines the relatedness of the person to the whole world as a whole, not toward one object of love."
