Yes it feels good. I'm barefoot all the time inside, even when it's cold. Bare feet in snow is awesome, makes me laugh.

That's great! I wish I could do that... My feet get so cold they are PAINFUL. I've always had that problem... low BP, I guess. I'm glad you can do it! But I can do it for a little while... I wonder if it works from INSIDE the house...?

Bare feet in snow for a tiny bit of time. I usually scream or laugh. I wonder if it would help your circulation?

I don't know. I don't know if it's circulation or low BP or something else... If I'm moving around, they warm up. When I sit around writing, I usually elevate them, so maybe I should stop doing that. But I do like the idea of grounding. I seem to think about things for a while before I actually DO them...

That's okay to think on stuff before doing. I like to give myself little challenges and slowly build them into a habit of doing.
